CRGO Core Laminations is a product used to manufacture transformer cores as a precision CRGO cut lamination. It is made from Cold-Rolled Grain-Oriented Electrical Steel (CRGO), a type of steel with high electrical resistivity and magnetic properties in the rolling direction. This material reduces core losses in transformers and increases corrosion resistance for a durable lamination core. The manufacturing process involves various stages. CRGO steel comes in multiple thicknesses, such as 0.20mm, 0.23mm, 0.27mm, and 0.30mm. Now, 0.18-thickness CRGO is available in the market for advanced laminated core applications. CRGO is available in Coil form, eye-to-sky position, or eye-to-wall position in width ranges of 900mm to 1260mm and weight ranges of 2MT to 10MT, supporting efficient laminated core transformer production.
